Our Staffing Services comprise:

For clients who need on-site support, we provide staff augmentation on a contract basis for a pre-determined period of time.  Savvy Software Solutions, Inc views its Contract Staffing/Programming Services as a key element in building a long-term business relationship with its customers. 

Each client is assigned an Account Manager who will be responsible in responding with suitable consultants typically within 24 hours.  The Account Manager is supported by a group of Resource Managers specializing in specific platforms, who technically pre-qualify consultants before presenting to the client.  The Resource Managers select consultants from Savvy Software Solutions, Inc own software staff or from global resource pool of software professionals.

Technical interviews can be conducted by the client over the phone or with the consultant visiting the client.  We will arrange for the selected consultants to be on-site for commencing work typically within two weeks after the confirmation.

If, within a period of two weeks, client finds the candidate unsuitable for any reason, Savvy Software Solutions, Inc will recall the consultant with no charge to the client for any hours the consultant may have worked.

As such, Savvy Software Solutions, Inc attracts and is able to retain a very high quality of talent, and therefore, continuity for its clients.

For IT support on a long term basis, our Resource Managers/Technical Recruiters recruit IT professionals through stringent technical and personal interviews as per the client requirements.
